RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is applicable to all sales (in house and online). Our return policy is clearly printed on our sales receipts:

EXCHANGE MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL CONDITION* WITH RECEIPT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE .

MAILING CHARGES (BOTH WAYS) FOR REPAIR, OR OTHERWISE, ARE PAID BY CUSTOMER.

ALL IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, CUSTOM TARIFS, ETC. ARE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

REPAIR POLICY

REPAIRS WILL BE QUOTED ON A CASE TO CASE BASIS. WE WILL DECIDE WHERE THE ITEM(S) WILL
BE REPAIRED. MAILING CHARGES (BOTH WAYS) FOR REPAIR, OR OTHERWISE, ARE PAID BY CUSTOMER.

 

* for goods lost or damaged in transit, the sender (you) will be compensated by the carrier, depending on the carrier's terms and conditions and we shall not be liable to make any monetary payments to you, or anyone else, and shall not be responsible to you or anyone else in any way.
